Diem Financial is the
informational site of Dave Martinez, mortgage broker and
loan originator at Washington Financial Group, specializing
in home mortgages for the first-time, second-time, and
co-op buyer market.
Why?
Why use
Washington Financial Group? My process is different than
most, if not all in the lending industry. Different because
it fits the needs of the borrower - not the needs of the
bank, the seller, or the broker.
First and foremost, I am a loan officer. My job is to find
the right financial fit for you, and my resources are
geared for a high level of customization, personal
financial consulting, and one-on-one attention. I have a
large number of banks I work with to find the best mortgage
for you - at last count it was over 200. I can help you
find the right loan that fits your needs. Unlike banks and
lending houses, my mission is to find the right financial
fit for you and your life, at any stage.
As a dedicated resource in one of the most important
financial decisions of your life, my mission is to educate
every client on how loans work, how to make the right
choice, and what it takes from start to finish to make it
happen. Buying a home is a huge step to financial
independence and freedom. I act as a guide along every step
of the process, making sure that my clients have as much
knowledge as possible to make the best decision.
Last but not least, I rely
solely on recommendations and referrals for my clientele.
All of my work is done through personal introduction, or
contact on this website. I am able to provide lending
services for Alaska, California, Colorado, Florida, Hawaii,
Idaho, Maryland, Maine, Minnesota, Montana, New Mexico,
Oregon, South Carolina, Virginia, and Washington.

My office is
located in the Elliott Bay area of Seattle, Washington,
close to the downtown core, minutes away from Interstate 5,
Insterstate 90, and Highway 520. You can also reach my
office between the hours of 10 and 5, Monday through
Friday, and by appointment.
